Pokemon Black & White Version Review

Pokemon has become a phenomenal hit for Nintendo over the last decade and a half. Every two years since the original Pokemon Blue and Red were released back in Japan in 1996, a new Pokemon game comes out. As in every Pokemon game, the gameplay mechanics have remained the same - collect Pokemon, battle the Gym Leaders, and become the Pokemon Master. As technology advances, more enhancements are implemented towards the Pokemon series such as the ability to battle and trade Pokemon via the Nintendo Wi-Fi connection. With the release of Pokemon Black and White versions for the Nintendo DS, Nintendo and Game Freak make another big step towards the series.

Radiant Historia Review

When it comes to time traveling, there's always a consequence involved called the 'butterfly effect', according to which changing something in the past—no matter how seemingly insignificant—can have a huge effect on the present. In Radiant Historia, players will have to travel through time in order to fix a past that's been doomed by war and build a present where the ideal world of the main protagonist will exist. Going back and forth through time is one of the key elements that players will have to tackle in Radiant Historia, which makes the traditional Japanese role-playing experience feel unique and is sure to engage fans of the genre.

The Kingdom Hearts franchise holds near and dear to a great deal of gamers' hearts. Even if you haven't played any of the games in the series ranging from the PS2 to the DS, you are bound to have heard of it. But with all the prequels and fillers out there it can be hard to follow the story of the game unless you are a die hard fan of the series. Can Re:coded stand out on its own, or does its ties to the original games prevent newcomers of the series from enjoying the overall experience?

Golden Sun: Dark Dawn Review

It's been almost a decade since the last Golden Sun game was released on the Gameboy Advance. Since then, a lot of avid fans of the series have been anticipating for a third game to be made. After almost eight years of waiting, Camelot Software Planning has finally released the third game in the series entitled, Golden Sun: Dark Dawn. A new threat is coming to Weyard and this time, it's no longer Isaac, Mia, Ivan, and Garett that will be saving the world. It's time for the heir to take over the responsibility of their parents to save the world...

Sonic Colors DS Review

It's been over a decade since players got a taste of a classic and true Sonic game on the Sega Genesis. Since then, a lot of Sonic games have been released but none have them have truly captured the magic of the old games with the exception of maybe Sonic 4. Now Sonic Colors graces the Nintendo DS and promises to bring the series back to its 90s roots.

Dementium II Review

Dementium II on the Nintendo DS is the follow up title to Renegade Kid's Dementium that was released a couple of years ago. I must admit, for a handheld survival horror- first person shooter game, the first Dementium somehow gave gamers the scary atmosphere they've come to expect from the genre. It's not as scary as players as say a Silent Hill game but it does its job. With Dementium II now available for the Nintendo DS, how does the game improve and live up to the survival horror genre?

AGAIN Review

If there is one developer out there who knows how to make a crime-filled adventure game, its Cing. This tiny Japanese studio is responsible for one of the most praised DS games games out there, Hotel Dusk. The newest adventure from Cing and KOEI Tecmo goes by the title Again, which traverses their familiar ground by investigating witnesses and trying to catch the killer. The catch? The crime scenes are set 19 years in the past. And the main character has psychic abilities that let him see things in the past and present simultaneously.
